Finally had a night home together so I decided to make the PW’s chicken fried steak. Travis had never had it and I always loved it. Good thing Travis was home because I almost caused a grease fire (again). I really should not be allowed to fry anything. The recipe was easy and quick so I loved that. I loved the breading. The meat we got was a little tough and Travis said my gravy tasted like grease. Not sure this one will be on his list in the future but I would like to try again. I also made twice baked potatoes, loved them again. Travis thought they were okay but needed less sour cream.
